Once you download your new driver, then you need to install it. That said, like garioch7 referred to, do you have another USB cable on hand? If the same problem is happening using a different cable that will minimize the chance the cable is the problem. and if you haven't been backup up your data, do so now.

It makes doing a full restore a lot less of a hassle. This is also a good way to periodically do a full backup of your Samsung device, just in case something happens to your A10. This is something of catch-all utility (checking for updates, do backups, etc.) and when you install it the current Samsung driver gets installed too.
